Awards Manufacturing Process

For their products to have bright colors and fine details, RD Custom Awards makes use of sublimation printing, fusing, as well as DTF. This is in turn, augmented with UV printing using Mimaki Japanese printers with ability to print high definition images on different media. We further use a broad spectrum of substrates from paper to vinyl to film & shimmers to add to the overall shine and sheene of the trophies that we manufacture. These substrates along with etching process is used for the custom name plates of the awards. Brass aluminum zinc and lead metal casting techniques and medal pressure die casting methods are employed, to manufacture classy and durable metal trophies.

RD Custom Awards offers etching, and screen printing, and gold spray PVD, as well as other background treatments, to enrich the worth of the trophies. The process of resin casting is done while on vacuum machines in order to free the casts from any air pockets enabling very clean and quality finishes of cast resin designs. Thanks to this variety of machinery, RD Custom Awards will continue to keep the trophy making process centralized.
