At RD Custom Awards, we take pride in crafting high-quality trophies, awards, and recognition products. Each piece is made with care, precision, and attention to detail.
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalised, we follow a transparent and fair return policy:
🕒 Return Window
Standard (non-customised without any branding) products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Return courier charges will apply.
Custom-designed or personalised products (including engraved trophies, medals, plaques, awards with logos, or custom designs) are not eligible for return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
Both product & packing should be unscratched & in pristine condition as supplied.
Be in their original packaging.
Include all accessories, parts, and documentation.
Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
We do not cover transit damage & as such, products that arrive damaged in transit are not eligible for a return.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping charges for products broken in transit will be charged at actuals.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Courier cost will be at actuals.
