He had humble beginnings, gathering knowledge about materials and processes from working in sales and marketing in the lighting, plywood, glass, stone, paper industry. Then, finally, in 1997, he founded RDCA. He is a BCom graduate, but his knowledge that stems from experience is what truly makes him special. People might say that he is a workaholic (he even watches crafting videos at home). 

To tell you the truth, working as both a designer and managing director thrill him more than mysteries thrill Sherlock Holmes. And wouldn’t you be delighted to know that customer service is his priority! You’ll see the Kadupul flower bloom more often than an inferior quality product or late delivery reaching your doorstep. It’s well known by now that Ronald is most definitely a jack of all trades. But to let you in on another secret: he might be a master at them too.
